mediocre breakfast

outdated rules

absolutely mediocre at best. the breakfast was so repetitive, I almost fell asleep at the table. I couldn’t even access the rooftop for a simple view because of their outdated rules. I expected special treatment, but apparently that’s too much to ask here. good thing my stay was just a few nights or I might have lost my mind.

The location was ideal for us, just a short walk to nearby attractions, and the staff were so welcoming and helpful! The spaciousness of the family room was a definite plus for us, we felt right at home with the kids running around.

It wasn't inexpensive but you get what you pay for.

Couple's fantastic experience

The staff was incredibly welcoming, making everything feel personal and special. I had a great time during breakfast, being treated exceptionally well by the team. Fatima at the restaurant was particularly kind, ensuring my coffee was always topped up–she really made my mornings brighter.

It wasn't cheap,, but the experience justified the cost.

Great location right next to Souq Waqif with many trendy restaurants and cafés around. The in-room breakfast was delightful (the fresh juices were a treat! ). The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating.

The sauna and steam room were unavailable at times which was a bit inconvenient. Some of the TV channels did not work during our stay.
